The General Administration of Customs released data on the 29th. In the first 10 months of this year, the total value of trade in goods between my country and Africa was 1.34 trillion yuan, an increase of 27.4% over the same period last year.


Statistics show that in the first 10 months, my country’s exports to Africa were 782.54 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.5%; imports from Africa were 558.14 billion yuan, an increase of 31.7%.


South Africa, Nigeria, Angola, Egypt and Congo (DRC) are my country's top five trading partners in Africa. Statistics show that in the first 10 months, my country’s trade volume with the above-mentioned five countries was 290.92 billion yuan, 134.83 billion yuan, 120.89 billion yuan, 103.59 billion yuan, and 71.98 billion yuan, an increase of 45.3%, 25.8%, 27.8%, and 30% respectively. And 47.4%, which together accounted for 53.9% of my country’s trade with Africa during the same period.


Customs statistics show that my country’s main exports of mechanical and electrical products and labor-intensive products to Africa include 355.19 billion yuan in exports of mechanical and electrical products, an increase of 21.4%, accounting for 45.4% of my country’s total exports to Africa during the same period; and 213.38 billion yuan in exports of labor-intensive products. , An increase of 22.3%, accounting for 27.3%.
